The OLF Training Centre is an athletic and performance centre like no other in and is located in South East London, just 15-20 mins from London Bridge.

The OLF Training Centre has 4,000sqft of real training space and kit. This includes an Olympic Lifting and Strength Training area including competition Kettlebells, Bulgarian Bags, Squat Racks, a full size MMA Cage, Boxing and Kickboxing Area, Grappling Matts, Climbing Ropes, Monkey Bars, Plyometric Boxes, Indian Clubs, Vaults, Horses, Battling Ropes, HIRTS Trainers and Gladiator Walls
